When you are like me, sitting on the couch all day…in other words, The Office, you frequently remind yourself it’s always healthy to find an excuse to go outside. In my particular case, that scenario always involves hopping on my bike. I figured I could run an errand. Step one is making one up. Step two is preparing for that. I also figured my phone camera would come in handy, once again. Et voila, another snippet / video slice of my cycle life.
