The Day I Got Lost

Yesterday, while strolling around the Jordaan with my friend Annemarie, we ran across a gallery opening. The gallery, called KochXBos, was one I was familiar with. They specialize in American, French and Dutch “low brow” or pop surrealism art. The opening was for a French artist Marie Blanco Hendrickx, a.k.a. Mijn Schatje.
